Separate opinions in the European Court of Human Rights 1999 to 2004

This project was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council in 2006 and 2007,and examined the significance and impact of separate opinions in the European Court of Human Rights for the calendar years 1999 to 2004. This involved both a quantitative and qualitative assessment of such opinions. The project was led by Professor Robin White (robin.white@leicester.ac.uk) working with a Research Associate, Dr Iris Boussiakou. Published outputs from the project appeared in 2009.
